Description

White balsamic vinegar, aged in Modena Italy and then blended with pinot grigio vinegar.  The taste is sweet from the pear and tart from the cranberries with a clean finish.

This balsamic complements salads, fruit, chicken, pork, and fish.  It is delicious on it s own or paired with our California Lime Olive Oil, Meyer Lemon Olive Oil, or Blood Orange Olive Oil.  Toss with salad greens, dried fruit, nuts, red onion and feta or blue cheese; or use as a marinade for your chicken, pork, or seafood.  Drizzle on grilled fish or fruit as well.
