Description

Traditionally aged in Modena, Italy and flavored here in the USA with a natural raspberry flavoring. Thick like syrup and a glaze but there is no added artificial sugar. It is made with 100% natural sugar from the balsamic vinegar. This is a fruity balsamic vinegar that you can use on salads, ice cream, yogurt parfait and even a savory or peppery pork or chicken dish. 

Serving suggestions:Drizzle on steak, chicken, or bold fish. Use as a marinade or dipping sauce. Drizzle or toss with roasted vegetables or salad. Give it a try with sweet potatoes. Drizzle on ice cream or chocolate cake, brownies, berries, cheesecake, or even use it for baking.

Pairs well with Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, blood orange olive oil, or Meyer lemon olive oil.
